Welcome to Innterflow. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Innterflow website and your purchase of our DTF and UV DTF products and services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

You agree to use the Innterflow website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use our website to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation

Submit fraudulent or misleading information

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems

Interfere with the operation or security of our website

Upload or submit content that you do not have the legal right to use

We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, or systems.

Innterflow provides custom DTF (Direct-to-Film) and UV DTF transfers and related printing services.

Product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

Because printed products can vary slightly depending on artwork, material, color, and production conditions, minor variations in color or appearance may occur.

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products and services.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Incorrect pricing or product information

Product availability issues

Payment problems

Suspected fraudulent activity

Artwork or files that cannot reasonably be produced

Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an applicable refund to the original payment method.

You are responsible for all artwork, designs, logos, images, text, and other files that you submit to Innterflow.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

You own the artwork or have permission to use it.

You have the necessary rights and licenses to reproduce the content.

Your submitted content does not knowingly violate another person's intellectual property rights.

Your content does not violate applicable laws or regulations.

Innterflow is not responsible for determining whether you have the legal right to reproduce submitted artwork.

We may refuse to print content that we reasonably believe may violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or our policies.

Customers are responsible for submitting artwork in an appropriate and print-ready format.

If submitted artwork requires changes, corrections, or additional preparation, production may be delayed until the necessary files or approvals are received.

Innterflow is not responsible for printing errors resulting from incorrect artwork, incorrect dimensions, low-resolution files, missing elements, spelling errors, or other issues contained in customer-submitted files that were not identified or corrected before production.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) with properly submitted, print-ready artwork are eligible for same-day production on regular business days.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT will be processed for production on the next available business day.

Same-day production is dependent on receiving complete, print-ready artwork and any required information or approvals.

Production times may be affected by order volume, holidays, technical issues, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to your order, unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters production.

We use third-party payment processors to process payments. Innterflow does not directly store complete payment card information on its own servers.

Orders are shipped from our facility in Dallas, Texas.

Shipping costs and available shipping methods are displayed during checkout.

Shipping and transit times begin after an order has completed production and has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Innterflow is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Pickup is available until 4:00 PM on regular business days.

Customers must wait for confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Because many of our products are custom-produced, orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Any approved cancellation or refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and our applicable refund or return policy.

Because DTF and UV DTF transfers are custom-produced products, we may not accept returns of correctly produced custom orders simply because the customer changes their mind.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact Innterflow promptly after receiving your order and provide your order number and relevant photos or other information requested by our team.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer an appropriate replacement, correction, refund, or other resolution where applicable.
